David brings a wealth of experience of managing audit and regulatory issues having spent over 15 years in senior leadership...roles in various risk and sales functions within the financial services sector. He has built two commercial banking teams from scratch employing over 100 people and working with some of the largest businesses in the region. David is a non-executive director of the Heart of the South West Local Enterprise Partnership. He is chair of Finance & Resources and the Strategic Investment Panel, which have delegated responsibility for the delivery of various investment programmes, totalling over £750million of investments has specific responsibility for new business acquisition.
